The Bishop of Weetebula Diocese emphasized the importance of collegiality in the lives of priests. As diocesan priests (projo), we must never think we can work alone or carry out things individually. Our lives and ministries must always be rooted in an awareness of collegiality—togetherness in our vocation as priests. By living in this collegial spirit, priests also express humility: before the people they serve, before their fellow priests, and before God himself, who calls and sends us.
