Kampung 9 is a community of male and female employees working at the Provincial Office of the Congregation of the Mission, or CM for short, located at Jl. Kepanjen No. 9, Surabaya. The name Kampung 9 was chosen because the community operates at the Main House of the Priests of the Congregation of the Mission, with the Mission’s character of serving the poor in remote villages, street children, and people in difficult situations. Although the residents of Kampung 9 are diverse and diverse, encompassing various ethnicities, races, religions, and even personalities found in Indonesia, this diversity allows the Kampung 9 community to coexist amidst that diversity.
