Dengan olahraga ringan dan terapi tertawa bersama komunitas, cara sederhana namun membawa dampak besar untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kebahagiaan. Senam ringan, dan tertawa masing-masing 40-50 detik setiap model tertawa. Yuk kita mulai hari kita dengan bahagia, sebab hati yang gembira adalah obat.
