Do Good to Those Who Hate Yo<\/span>u<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Reading the verses from the bible today, frankly speaking, I’m in a dilemma.<\/span><\/p>\n

How could I love my enemies and moreover do good to those who hate me?<\/span><\/p>\n

And furthermore, pray for those who mistreat me?<\/span><\/p>\n

It seems that I’m doing good enough without any revenge to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

But, to do good to them? Well, I’ll think about it later…<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When self-pride (ego) and flesh desires versus the guidance of the Holy Spirit, this might be a difficult choice.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, eventually, may I – may we be able to let go hatred.<\/span><\/p>\n

Always trying to do everything based on love, even it’s not an easy thing to do.<\/span><\/p>\n

It doesn’t mean that we lower ourselves and agree to accept any kind of treatment from others, but let’s stay wise with pure intentions.<\/span><\/p>\n

May we be filled with God’s unlimited love, so that we’re enabled to forgive those who have hurt us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Berbuat Baiklah Kepada Orang yang Membenci Kamu<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Membaca ayat-ayat Alkitab hari ini, rasanya saya dihadapkan pada suatu dilema.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bagaimana mungkin mengasihi musuh, terlebih lagi berbuat baik kepada orang yang membenci saya?<\/span><\/p>\n

Terlebih berdoa bagi orang yang mencaci saya?<\/span><\/p>\n

Sudah tidak membalas, rasanya sudah cukup.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tetapi, untuk berbuat baik kepada mereka? Nanti dulu!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ketika ego dan keinginan daging dihadapkan dengan tuntunan Roh Kudus, tentu terjadi dilema yang begitu sulit untuk dipilih.<\/span><\/p>\n

Namun, pada akhirnya, semoga saya-semoga kita-memilih untuk melepaskan kebencian.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terus berusaha melakukan perbuatan kasih, walaupun itu bukan pilihan yang mudah.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bukan berarti kita merendahkan diri untuk mau diperlakukan apa saja, namun tetaplah cerdik dan tulus.<\/span><\/p>\n

Semoga kita senantiasa diiringi kasih Allah yang tak terbatas, sehingga kita dimampukan untuk mengampuni mereka yang meyakiti hati kita.<\/span><\/p>\n
